Welcome to the ElyviaBags Affiliate Program. These terms and conditions (“Agreement”) govern your participation in our affiliate program (“Program”). By agreeing or continuing to participate in the Program, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
1. Eligibility
- You must be 18 years or older.
- Your website, social media, or promotional methods must not contain illegal, offensive, or infringing content.
2. Affiliate Account Approval
- All applications are subject to approval by ElyviaBags.
- We reserve the right to reject any application for any reason.
3. Affiliate Links & Promotion
- You will receive a unique referral link to promote our products.
- You may use banners, text links, and other creative materials provided by ElyviaBags.
- Do not use your affiliate link for purchases made by yourself or within your household (self-referrals).
4. Commission & Payment
- Commission is earned only on valid and completed orders.
- Orders that are canceled, refunded, returned, or found fraudulent will not be eligible.
- Payouts are made monthly, subject to a minimum threshold ($100) via [PayPal / Bank Transfer].
- Commissions are finalized after a 14–30 day holding period to allow for returns and disputes.
5. Prohibited Activities
- No use of spam, fake traffic, bots, pop-ups, or misleading claims.
- No bidding on ElyviaBags-branded keywords in paid search.
- No promotion on coupon or deal sites without written approval.
- No impersonation of ElyviaBags or claiming to represent the brand officially.
6. Tracking & Attribution
- We use third-party affiliate tracking tools.
- We are not responsible for tracking failures due to ad blockers, browser settings, or user actions.
7. Termination
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of this Agreement.
- Upon termination, all outstanding commissions may be forfeited.
8. Limitation of Liability
- We make no warranties regarding potential earnings.
- We are not liable for any indirect damages or losses.
9. Modifications
- We may modify this Agreement at any time. Continued participation after changes implies acceptance.
