Returns & Exchanges
- Due to the nature of our luxury products (AAA 1:1 quality), all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges based on change of mind, size, color, or personal preferences. Product colors or details shown on the website may vary slightly due to lighting, display settings, or handcrafted variations.
- Returns are only accepted if the item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from the approved product video.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear unboxing video proof.
- The item must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
- Only approved return requests will be accepted. We do not cover return shipping costs unless the error is on our part.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued only if the item is returned and inspected as damaged or incorrect.
- Once approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- No refunds will be issued for delays caused by customs or courier services.
Order Cancellations
- Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placing them. After that, they enter the processing stage and cannot be canceled.
